Finding what works for you, not forcing what doesn’t
**Who I Serve**
I work with ambitious neurodivergent adults whose systems have stopped working after a life shift.
I also work with college and high school students
**My Approach**
I help people learn to work with their brains instead of against them. I bring in neuroscience and executive functioning concepts in a practical, approachable way to help clients better understand their patterns, challenges, and strengths.
I also focus heavily on process thinking. It’s not just about solving the problem in front of you — it’s about understanding the thinking behind the solution. To me, true independence comes from understanding your own thinking, not just getting to the answer.
** Support might look like**
- Managing work, home, and everything in between
- Creating realistic routines that stick
- Getting started and following through
- Reducing overwhelm and mental fatigue
**Costs**
My practice is private pay. However, services may be able to reimbursed due to my OT license (which is not typical for coaching services) for clients living in DC, VA and MD.
