Finding what works for you, not forcing what doesn’t
**My Approach**
Most people get stuck because the way they try to work doesn’t match how they actually think, focus, or get energy. Struggling to complete tasks isn’t a failure — it’s a signal to adjust your routines, supports, and environment so that they work for you, not against you. I help you see where you get stuck and build on what’s worked in the past to tackle both the things you want to do and the things you have to do.
** Who I Serve**
Adults, especially neurodivergent individuals, who feel overwhelmed by daily life and want support with:
Managing work, home, and everything in between
Creating realistic routines that stick
Getting started and following through
Reducing overwhelm and mental fatigue
Supporting focus through sensory strategies
Communicating and advocating for their needs
I also work with college and high school students
**Costs**
My practice is private pay. However, services may be able to reimbursed due to my OT license (which is not typical for coaching services) for clients living in DC, VA and MD.
